Day-to-day of the role: Deliver expert advice on employment matters including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and employment legislation. Manage helpdesk and casework activity with precision and efficiency. Support recruitment, training, and development programs to empower staff. Promote wellbeing and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture. Collaborate closely with teams like Payroll to ensure smooth operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience. Proven experience in a people advisory role, ideally within education or a commercial environment. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
