Business Administrator Location; London Salary £25,000 - £30,000 per annum This role can be full time or part time (3 days per week) My client an Award Winning multidisciplinary Structural and Civil Engineering Consultants is looking for a part time 3 day per week Business Administrator. Responsibilities Providing office support including customer and employee support Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity Researching company data and archived reports Keeping computer databases up to date Interacting with clients either on the phone, in person or via email Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper person Taking phone messages and passing them on Making travel arrangements for employees Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding Writing and editing company correspondence Collecting and sorting post Acting as a personal assistant to the executive team Scheduling appointments and events Ordering office stationery and other supplies Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required Requirements Previous Office Administration experience Experience working within a Reception / Secretarial role Experience using Microsoft Suite Benefits on offer Holidays 25 days per annum Government Pension available after probation Private Health Care Profit Share Bonus at Christmas based on profitability of Company Flexible working hours
