We are a growing Telecoms company and are looking for someone to join our team here at the Berkhamsted office.
The successful candidate will be office based, working alongside the sales team.
We would ideally like someone with experience in the telecoms industry. However, training will be provided for our in-house systems and processes.
The role will include the following:
1. Processing sales orders for broadband, telephone line, telephone system, structured cabling, and number migrations.
2. Liaising with customers throughout the order installation process.
3. Answering calls and logging faults on our system when required.
4. Arranging equipment to be configured and delivered to site.
5. General sales support and administration duties.
6. Providing customers with quotations.
7. Updating project information to our CRM and other in-house systems.
We would like the new member of our team to be confident working with the following applications:
Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A good telephone manner is essential as we deal with important clients over the phone on a daily basis.
Hours and days required are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm.
Job Types: Full time - Office.
Salary: starting from 25k based on experience.
