The Role:
My client within the FMGC industry is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic business opportunities.
Job Role Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximise performance.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance customer engagement.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
The Candidate:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, and market analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
Experience from an FMCG or similar industry
