Long-Term Teachers are working with a fantastic mainstream Church of England Junior School with a SEND Resource Base, for pupils aged 7 - 11. Part of a fantastic multi-academy trust that supports a number of Specialist provisions in and around Wiltshire. This is a flexible supply role, where you will cover.

Essential prior to application:
* Have Qualified Teacher Status.
* Have experience of teaching across the primary phase.
* An accomplished and experienced classroom teacher.
* Experience of setting targets, monitoring, assessment, and monitoring performance in order to raise pupil achievement.
* Able to work well within a team.
* Strong ICT skills.
* Understanding of SEND and how to support.
Key responsibilities:
* To provide reports and assessments for CYP in accordance with school policy and for a range of audiences, including a detailed report prior to their annual review.
* To ensure that effective communication is maintained with parents/carers about their child’s welfare, progress, and participation in our school community.
* To ensure the safeguarding of all pupils by operating with the Education Provisions (EP) safeguarding practice & policy, reporting to the Safeguarding team any concerns and recording information on the EP's safeguarding system.
