Marketing Coordinator

* Hybrid working, 2 days from home.
One of the US law firms is looking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator for their London office. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager the Marketing Coordinator will support the full range of marketing activities for the London and Brussels Office. This is a hands-on role which will require liaising with partners, lawyers and other support teams on a regular basis.
The role will see you working alongside another Marketing Coordinator on joint projects as well as working on your own marketing initiatives.
Highlights
* Support the drafting, proofreading and publication of firm news, client-facing announcements, web content, blog postings, and thought leadership articles.
* Assist in the drafting, proofing and submission of Surveys and Award submissions.
* Assist with social media posts and updating lawyer profiles on LinkedIn.
* Assist with sourcing media coverage.
* Work with London Marketing Team on client events including webinars, seminars, private dinners and hosted receptions.
* Enter marketing campaigns and pipeline activity into Salesforce, the firm’s CRM system.
* Assist with collating content for, and the production of internal marketing reports.
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years marketing experience gained within another law firm and enjoy writing content. You will have an eye for detail and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
