Here at BJF, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our exciting and expanding construction biased business, where YOU can help support the FM division as a commercial manager.
Working with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, our UK based organisation comprises of several divisions including Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Projects, Reactive, FM, Small Works and other associated trades.
Position
Work closely with ops teams to ensure compliance and adherence to commercial policies, processes and controls.
Review and address commercial issues in respect to operations.
Collate and compile daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Work closely with clients to resolve commercial disputes and contractual challenges.
Attend client meetings.
Monitor, review and measure processes.
Compile and submit applications.
Hold regular commercial reviews with Ops team, Senior management, and clients.
Support in tender creations and submissions ready for sign off.
Manage for sign off all contract variations with support from Ops Team.
Requirements
Travel – within Gosport.
Work as part of a team as well as independently.
Excellent with Excel.
Excellent data analysis.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Previous commercial experience of Hard FM contracts.
Previous experience in managing a small team.
