We are seeking a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher to join our vibrant team and contribute to the development of our students’ critical thinking, creativity, and understanding of the world. As a MFL Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire students across KS3-KS4, delivering high-quality lessons in Spanish and French. You will be part of a supportive and experienced team, working in a well-resourced department to create engaging, challenging, and meaningful learning experiences. The successful MFL Teacher will play a key role in promoting academic excellence, encouraging student curiosity, and fostering a love of learning. This is a fixed-term contract MFL Teacher vacancy, with opportunity to become permanent in September 2025. Requirements The desired MFL Teacher will be able to; Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective Modern Languages lessons up to GCSE. Promote a passion for languages and support students with their conversation skills, pronunciation, reading comprehension and writing. Differentiate teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those with additional needs. Assess and monitor student progress, offering feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement. Actively contribute to the department’s planning, sharing resources, and collaborating with colleagues.
