Role summary:
To assist with the day to day running of the Compliance Department and to help communicate, maintain and monitor the on-going compliance activities within MEU-UK ensuring all regulatory and MEU Corporate requirements are fulfilled, documented and communicated in a professional and supportive manner.
Skills/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to:
* Support the Compliance Manager
* Deputise for the Compliance Manager
* Work in collaboration with Business Units and the Business Services Team to enhance compliance awareness and strengthen business controls/processes
* Support building the branch Business Continuity Plan
* Manage the updating of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) documentation
* Conduct completion of various check sheets and questionnaires
* Lead the administration of various Compliance & Legal training activities
* Co-ordinate more structured face to face training
* Manage the set up and maintenance of the SAP system user profiles
* Ensure the issuance of the Compliance New Starter Induction Pack
* Maintain and upload policies and procedures on the Branch Intranet
* Maintain and upload branch authority matrices on the Branch Intranet
