Salary: £49,000 - £55,000 NonStop's client, based in the South West, is looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting and varied role that will suit someone with fostering and leadership experience. Whether you are an experienced Registered Fostering Manager or looking to step up into the role, they will support you in obtaining your NVQL5. They're a close-knit, family-oriented team where everyone's voice matters and creative approaches are encouraged. Although they are a smaller agency, they are expanding quickly so you would play a key role in the growth and development of the service. Ensuring the agency and its employees maintain the highest standards of care, including responsibility for the overall Ofsted rating. Management and implementation of policies and quality assurance standards, including fostering business plans. Requirements: Experience in a leadership role, preferably in fostering Registration with Social Work England (SWE). Driver's license. A deep commitment to supporting foster carers and families in providing the best possible support.
