The role involves delivering high-quality Personal, Social, Health, and Economic (PSHE) education, encouraging students to develop the knowledge, skills, and attributes they need to thrive in their personal and academic lives. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PSHE lessons in line with the curriculum. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social and emotional well-being of students. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Collaborate with colleagues to develop the PSHE curriculum and share best practices. Promote the school's values and commitment to personal and social development. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching PSHE or a related subject. Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the PSHE curriculum. Effective classroom management and behaviour management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
