We are actively recruiting for a Stock Administrator to join a Leighton Buzzard based company who are seeking new staff to join their growing, busy and thriving team Location: Leighton Buzzard. Working Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch (unpaid) - 40 hour working week. Contract Type: Permanent. Duties: Identify and source parts for customers, while ensuring first class customer service is provided. Process estimates, manage orders, and track stock levels efficiently. Handle incoming goods, maintain inventory, and keep stock up to date. Work closely with customers, depots, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Keep documentation accurate and complete, following all company procedures. Supporting with general customer service and office administration. Skills Required: Core background with warehouse admin, logistics and stock allocation. Experience in a parts advisory role is a plus - but not essential Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Great communication skills and IT proficiency. Willing and able to accept a temp to perm role.
