Personal Assistant to two Directors - Band 5
Full Time
Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Personal Assistant (PA) to two Directors.
As a PA, you will play a vital role in supporting the Directors and the wider Executive Team. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing the Directors' diaries, responding to correspondence, and producing presentations and reports. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other PAs and Directors to ensure that everyone is supported and that the team achieves its goals.
Main duties of the job
* Manage the Directors' diaries and email inbox, prioritising tasks and ensuring efficient use of time.
* Respond to all incoming correspondence and draft responses on behalf of the Directors.
* Produce a variety of documents, including letters, memos, presentations, and reports.
* Provide an effective interface with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage staff complaints as applicable on behalf of the Director.
* Organise internal and external meetings and events.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Recognised secretarial qualifications or equivalent experience.
Experience
Essential criteria
* A successful track record working at senior secretarial or PA level.
Desirable criteria
* Experience of working in a healthcare environment & working for an Exec Director.
Skills/Abilities
Essential criteria
* Ability to take minutes / notes at meetings and produce comprehensive minutes / action notes.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* High level of complex diary management skills.
* Ability to draft correspondence on behalf of the Executive.
* Excellent oral and written English skills.
