We are working on behalf of a leading provider of specialist care for children and families. This organisation is committed to providing high-quality, innovative services that support families in need. As part of their service they have a family centre that offers a safe and nurturing environment for children and families, providing assessment, support, and guidance.
Job Purpose:
As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the new family centre. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
* Managing and developing a team of dedicated staff
* Providing high-quality care and support to children and families
* Building strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure the highest standards of care.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Ofsted.
* Safeguarding: Prioritise the safety and well-being of children and families.
* Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the service.
* Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, including assessments, interventions, and support plans.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant social work qualification or equivalent
* Significant experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* A commitment to safeguarding and child protection
