If so, we have the perfect role for you Key Responsibilities: Coordinate an effective and efficient Outpatient Booking service for all staff at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. Maintain and administer accurate capacity and utilisation data to ensure optimal use of resources. Enhance the utilisation of Outpatient Clinic Space through strategic planning and management. Develop and maintain the electronic floor planner to streamline operations. Ensure accurate recording of all outpatient activity on Careflow and Intouch systems. Lead training sessions for staff on the online booking system. Continuously review and improve existing working methods to enhance efficiency. Pilot and implement new procedures and systems to stay ahead in healthcare management. Act as the point of contact for nursing staff, Ops support managers, and booking managers to ensure clinics run smoothly. Stay up-to-date with mandatory training to maintain high standards of care.
