Hotel Receptionist
to join our team at Montogo Resorts Somerset at Charlton House. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests
upon arrival with a warm and professional manner. Manage check-ins and check-outs
efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction. Answer phones and emails
to address guest inquiries, reservations, and requests. Handle bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate data entry and availability management. Provide information about
hotel services, local attractions, and assist with guest needs. Handle payment transactions, including cash, credit card, and invoicing. Resolve guest complaints
and issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Hotel Receptionist
or in a similar customer service role. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask. Proficiency in
hotel management software and MS Office Suite. Fluent in Englishadditional language skills are a plus. Ability to work in
shifts, including weekends and holidays. Friendly and professional
demeanor with excellent customer service skills. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Benefits:
