Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly Hands-on knowledge and experience in the safe operation of a variety of tools, machinery, and- power equipment used in performing essential functions Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments Respond to and handle emergency issues promptly, including those related to repairs and maintenance Installing, dismantling and inspection of electrical, electronic, mechanical, HVAC equipment Develop working mechanical and electrical knowledge of process water, chilled water, and compressed air systems. Ability to satisfy all physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing and/or- pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling; reaching above- shoulder level; fine finger dexterity Other Duties as assigned Minimum of 3 years of Electrical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Proven experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions Familiar with common mechanical, electrical, hydraulic components Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management Must be a well-organized and detail-oriented self-starter Modern office building and equipment Versatile development opportunities Exciting and fast-paced company
