Key Responsibilities: Microsoft Systems Integration:
Support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
Assist in developing automated workflows using Power Automate for business processes
Help maintain and organise digital file structures and documentation systems
Support data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI
Business-Wide Digital Support:
Assist departments in adopting and utilising digital tools effectively
Help identify opportunities for process automation and digital improvement
Support the tender team with digital tools and AI integration
Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance on digital systems
Create user guides and training materials for new digital processes
Required Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite
Basic understanding of AI tools and their business applications
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication abilities to support staff at all levels
Ability to document processes and create user-friendly guides
