Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Salesforce CRM System Administrator to join Nord Anglia Education, in the MAC team.
We are looking for someone to provide valuable support to the CRM product team and CRM users across the world, drive forward and bring to life our CRM vision across our global family of schools. With a shared responsibility of Salesforce case management, you'll help us to build a robust, world-class support network across our CRM users community worldwide. You’ll also serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Sales Cloud solution at the configuration level as well as Salesforce integrations with other systems.
As a genuine team-player, you’ll work across our central, regional, and local IT and MAC (Marketing, Admissions & Communications)/CRM teams to improve user adoption and foster a sense of CRM user community. Your role will impact the organisation by providing the best Salesforce support in the K12 independent education sector. Good support will help user adoption, maintain data integrity and in turn positively influence benefit realisation from the CRM programme.
The role:
We seek an individual to join as a Salesforce CRM System Administrator where your focus will be:
* Oversee and project manage any future custom requirements/changes to the CRM in collaboration with the line manager.
* Help coordinate Salesforce roadmap driven tasks between Salesforce, IT, Digital, Integrations and Comms teams.
* Facilitate Salesforce change request management from ‘request’ to ‘approval’ using our local Service Desk tool.
* You’ll answer internal users’ questions via various communication channels; SF case management, emails, teams or chatter.
* You’ll configure solutions on Salesforce platform using declarative tools, particularly flows.
* You’ll perform technical testing and defect fixes.
* You’ll understand and make positive influence in SF users UX/UI journeys with Salesforce platform.
* You’ll be the subject matter expert for Salesforce working with the solution architecture team. Your responsibilities will cover configuration, automation and an understanding of integration with SF within a complex and global environment.
* You’ll be expected to advise on solution design.
* You’ll communicate to the internal CRM and IT teams the most relevant new features that come with each Salesforce release and advise on the ones that would bring the most value for NAE CRM.
* You’ll work closely with our Regional CRM Champions to ensure their support needs are catered for.
The Successful Candidate will possess:
* Previous experience working as a Salesforce administrator within a complex environment over 2 years.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, its capabilities and limitations.
* Experience working within an agile delivery team.
* Configuration experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is a plus.
* One or more SF certifications demonstrating current knowledge (Certified Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder preferred).
