Job Summary
Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is a global hotel company with properties located in major cities and four continents under The Langham Hotels and Resorts, Cordis Hotels and Resorts and Ying'nFlo brands. It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a leading property development company in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in supporting Corporate Guest Facing Application (GFA) team and Property IT and champions in deploying PMS.
* To be a Corporate L1 contact for Property’s in triaging support and product requests, liaising with GFA team leads and Vendor support teams as required. Products included but not limited to PMS, POS, Spa, CRM, Loyalty programs, platforms.
* Assist in monitoring, improving LHG GFA Cloud platform data models, connectivity and architecture in an effective and scalable way, aligned to LHG’s requirement.
* Conduct training with hotels as required to ensure SOP execution and data validity.
* Assist with the compilation of relevant application, technical documentation.
* To create and review product enhancement requests.
* To constantly audit/monitor industry trends and relevant legal compliance for best practices in PMS and CRM Systems, recommend changes if required and help to implement these into the LHG digital strategy.
* Assist to manage Systems vendors and foster relationships.
* To support departmental budget tasks, with general understanding of P&L and specific budget costs and revenues for all Guest Facing Applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems.
* Seek opportunities for personal development, looks to improve relationships with internal, external channels.
* To assist with other duties as assigned by department head.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in technical, scientific or quantitative field is preferred.
* Experience of working with key hotel industry systems, Shiji and/or Oracle Hospitality Products.
* Experience working with Loyalty programs, customer relationship management or database marketing is an advantage.
* Experience in Hotel Management role including Hotel Operations, IT Functions and Accounting, Systems Implementation or Program deployment is an advantage.
* Application knowledge in Property Management Systems, PMS, F&B will be essential.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud products would be advantageous.
* Tech knowledge in SQL, Javascript will be beneficial.
