Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect goods and services. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimise cost, quality, and delivery. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance and performance. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement needs with business objectives. Analyse market trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues promptly to ensure business continuity. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in indirect procurement or a related role, ideally within the consumer goods sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Excel. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
