Great that you're thinking about a career with BSI Job Title: Credit Controller (French speaker) Location: Milton Keynes (hyrbid) About the Role: Due to an exciting period of global growth, we are seeking an experienced Credit Controller used to working on a high-volume ledger to join our friendly and collaborative team. As this role will be working closely with our Continental Europe hubs, we are looking for someone who has a good working proficiency in French. You will get involved in a variety of tasks including dealing with invoice query and resolution, managing the shared inbox, chasing purchase orders, and credit checking. The successful candidate will have excellent rapport building skills, be well-organised and team spirited, as well as being very comfortable calling corporate clients by telephone. Responsibilities: Managing a shared mailbox to handle client queries in a polite and timely manner. To collect outstanding debt owed on past and present invoices, from business/corporate clients. Minimise bad debt & maintain cash flow using effective debt collection calls. Resolve all customer queries promptly. Maintain collections notes in customer accounts. Work with all areas of the business to ensure clients on “stop” are not supplied with additional services.
