Catering Equipment - Business Development Manager (Field Based) - North of England - £40,000 + Bonus + Company Car
An autonomous sales role for a Catering Equipment business, looking for someone who knows the foodservice world—Hotels, restaurants, cafes, leisure, education—and gets how to sell into it.
What's the job?
1. Winning new business: You'll spend most of your time finding opportunities, pitching solutions, and closing deals across the North of England. Think Birmingham to Scotland.
2. Managing key accounts: You'll also look after a portfolio of existing clients, keeping them happy and spotting ways to sell them more.
You won't be stuck behind a desk. This is a role for someone who's comfortable on the road and thrives on meeting people, building relationships, and delivering results.
What do you need?
1. Sales experience in the foodservice channel. Catering equipment would be ideal, but if you've been selling anything into this space and can prove you're good at it, that works too.
2. A track record of winning new business. This isn't an account babysitting role—it's about driving growth.
3. Great people skills. Whether you're pitching to a new lead or keeping an existing client sweet, you need to know how to handle people.
4. Flexibility. The region's big, and you'll be travelling regularly.
What's in it for you?
1. £40,000 salary.
2. Bonus. Because good salespeople should earn more.
3. Company car. To get you where you need to be.
