Digital Waffle has partnered with a rapidly expanding marketing agency to find a seasoned Strategy Manager. As a Strategy Manager, you'll drive client success and strategic thinking across the agency. You'll own the development and execution of strategies, ensuring they are integrated, optimised, and continuously improved. This role requires big-picture thinking, problem-solving, and the confidence to challenge assumptions, all while keeping strategies execution-ready. Salary - Up to £39K Location - Manchester (hybrid) Experience & Skills: 3 years in a strategic role, either agency-side or in-house. Strong background in social media, content, or digital strategy, with solid knowledge of paid media, influencer marketing, and creative strategies. Experience leading client strategy and overseeing the handoff of execution to internal teams. An engaging communicator who can clearly and confidently present strategic ideas, with the ability to tell a compelling story. Ability to translate data into actionable insights, connecting trends and metrics with broader cultural movements. Comfortable presenting to both clients and internal teams, whether through reports, presentations, or pitches. Experience with social listening or reporting tools is a plus but not required.
