You should be proactive, empowering, and focused on assessing needs and creating effective, outcome-focused support plans. A strong experience in a statutory setting is essential. What the Job Involves This role involves managing a varied caseload, including high-risk cases, undertaking Safeguarding investigations, and attending case conferences. You will conduct screening, provide information and advice, carry out initial assessments, and conduct reviews and reassessments for long-term, low-level needs clients. You will work closely with the Maximising Independence service and provide targeted ongoing support to promote a seamless service for individuals, enhancing their independence, choice, and life quality. All candidates must be double vaccinated as it is mandatory for this role.
