Kate’s Kitchen is seeking to recruit a Front of House Supervisor to support the delivery of its community hub in Annan, a town in Dumfries and Galloway in the South West of Scotland.
Kate’s Kitchen is a friendly staff and volunteer run drop-in facility that operates 4 days a week, providing support to its service users through in-house training, life skills or by signposting to other agencies, enabling clients and volunteers to achieve their full potential. We also run our own charity shop on separate premises, which acts as a training opportunity for our clients/volunteers, as well as generating income for the organisation.
Our vision is “To alleviate social isolation, poverty, their causes and consequences within our community and, in so doing, recognise the value of every individual.”
The successful candidate will work closely with our chef, staff and volunteers to support the delivery of the project as we transition to a community café open to all. Experience of working in a commercial catering environment would be advantageous.
