The Role: We’re on the hunt for an experienced and versatile Senior IT Technician to join our in-house IT team. You’ll be working within a 2nd/3rd line support capacity, tackling challenging issues and contributing to the success of ad hoc projects across the group. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd/3rd line support to end-users across all sites. Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize systems in an Azure and Office 365 environment. Execute and support IT projects to enhance the group’s infrastructure and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT solutions tailored to the firm’s needs. Travel between sites as required to deliver exceptional on-site support. About You: To excel in this role, you’ll need: A minimum of 6 years’ experience in IT support roles, with at least 2 years in 2nd/3rd line support. Strong expertise in Azure and Office 365 environments. Any MS or networking certs advantageous. A proactive mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to support users effectively. A team-oriented attitude coupled with the ability to work independently when needed.
