We work with a national network of letting agents and provide a range of services to help our clients with the move-in process. This includes completing the necessary checks on potential tenants before they move into a landlord’s property, as well as a range of additional property insurance products and services to support the letting agent, tenant and the landlord.
Job Description
The Lettings Hub is seeking a strategic and dynamic Operations Director to lead its operational processing team during an exciting period of growth and transformation. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance across the company’s customer service divisions.
As Operations Director, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of core business services, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and scalable. You will lead on automation, process improvements, and service innovation, while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and regulatory compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven operational leader to shape and enhance the company’s service delivery during a period of change.
* Define and implement the company’s operational strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
* Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
* Drive and manage large-scale operational changes to support business transformation, ensuring team buy-in and minimal service disruption.
* Identify and implement automation solutions to improve service efficiency, reduce manual processes, and scale operations effectively.
* Continuously review and optimise operational workflows, enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, policies, and standards, mitigating risks and ensuring robust security measures.
* Monitor and report on operational performance, delivering on service levels, budgets, and efficiency targets.
* Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and business objectives.
You are an excellent communicator, with great spoken and written English.
* Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role, ideally within a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
* Track record of leading large-scale operations and driving successful business transformation.
* Experience implementing automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
* Strong people leadership skills, with a history of developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
* Exceptional change management capabilities, with the ability to take teams on the journey without sacrificing service excellence.
* Commercially astute, with experience in budget management and delivering against financial targets.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
