As a Newly Registered Nurse joining the trust you will automatically be enrolled in our 12-month preceptorship programme. This is an established preceptorship scheme designed around your continuous development with nursing skills, leadership, values and the importance of care and compassion. This will include the support of an allocated preceptor through the preceptorship period.

Main duties of the job
As a newly registered nurse you will participate as a member of the nursing team to provide a high standard of research-based care, support the team of staff working in the area to deliver a quality service which is linked to high standard of patient care and support the Sisters / Charge Nurses and Senior Sister / Charge Nurse in the training and development of junior staff.
