Purchasing Administrator Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Purchasing Administrator to join our client's established Purchasing and Supply Chain team based in Telford.
About the Role:
* Duration: Permanent position
* Package: Salary Up to £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
* Benefits: 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, and birthday off

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, with a focus on purchasing and supply chain management. Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents
* Coordinating with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery terms
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Assisting in the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong educational background in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, procurement)
* Proven experience in purchasing and supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry or sector
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
