About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Research Manager to join our client on a temporary basis. This role is to support their current Research Managers, ensuring the smooth continuation of their research projects. You will be involved in a variety of social and market research projects, such as staff surveys, partnership data, and organisation data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage, design, and undertake quantitative and qualitative research projects from initial consultation to final presentation with stakeholders.
2. Ensure research planning, outputs, and resources meet current and future organisational requirements.
3. Enable organisational and strategic decision-making through robust research findings.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in managing, overseeing, and delivering multiple research projects (both quantitative and qualitative).
2. Ability to produce and translate research and evidence into practical findings to meet customer and stakeholder needs.
3. Comfortable handling and analysing large data sets as well as qualitative data.
4. Ability to communicate the importance of a strong evidence base.
5. Excellent people, supplier, and customer management skills.
6. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
8. Focused on achieving business objectives through understanding and developing their contribution.
9. Ability to make links between a range of data sources.
10. Comfortable reporting and presenting information to all levels.
