Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver quality lessons following the curriculum.
2. Ensure all pupils are given opportunities to thrive.
3. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes positive behaviour and a love for learning.
4. Build strong partnerships with parents/carers to ensure a transparent learning environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Candidate must hold QTS or equivalent.
2. Good communication skills between students and staff.
3. Demonstrate good time management and use it effectively.
4. Have previous experience in education, preferably KS1 but not essential.
5. Safeguarding training (can be done through Teaching Personnel).
6. Be reliable and flexible.
7. Provide 2 references.
8. Be dedicated to growing your professional development and be willing to contribute to the wider school community.
In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have a registered DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel.
