Accessibility & Special Projects Assistant £25,367 per year Milton Keynes Full Time Fixed Term Contract until the end of August 2025 As an Accessibility & Special Projects Assistant at Amplius, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our Accessibility & Special Projects Team delivers top-tier service to our colleagues and customers. From managing work queues to processing invoices and coordinating minor adaptations, your work will directly contribute to improving lives in our community. Location: Milton Keynes - 1 day in office minimum. Salary: £25,367 per year Contract: Fixed Term Contract until the end of August 2025 Your week: 36.25 hours, Monday to Friday (8:45am - 5:00pm) Snapshot of your role Provide responsive customer service, handling a variety of enquiries professionally and ensuring accurate, timely resolutions. Manage the Accessibility & Special Projects Team’s inboxes and work queues, logging referrals and coordinating surveyor diaries. Process invoices and claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Financial Regulations, while liaising with surveyors and finance teams. Raise minor works requests, assist in managing urgent jobs, and maintain health and safety files, ensuring compliance with standards. Conduct satisfaction surveys with service users, monitor feedback, escalate issues, and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Attend meetings with teams, contractors, and local authorities, taking and recording notes to support project outcomes. Your toolkit for success Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships, negotiating, and fostering teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to analyse data to inform decisions. Experience in administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, and managing sensitive information in compliance with GDPR. A proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
