You will manage a team of 8 Materials Management Assistants, supported by a Materials Management Supervisor. You would carry out annual appraisals, 6 month reviews and 1:1's with your team and support on Health & Safety requirements for your areas. You would take the lead on attendance management and strive to look after the health & wellbeing of your team, this may include carrying out individual & team stress risk assessments and occupational health reports where required, or signposting to an appropriate support network.
