Job Title: Recruitment Support
Location: Colchester
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (flexibility to cover 11:00am to 8:00pm and occasional Saturdays)
Role Overview:
Operations Support role is focused on recruiting team members and providing administrative support to ensure operational efficiency. The individual will manage the candidate experience, conduct interviews, and collaborate with the management team to fill new positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process from application to offer, ensuring a smooth candidate journey
Conduct telephone and competency interviews
Maintain and update candidate records
Advertise vacancies on relevant job boards
Assist with recruitment events
Support the management team with administrative duties, including data capture and meeting minutesRequirements:
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in recruitment or administration
