If the answer to these questions is a yes, then we want you to apply Main purpose of the role: To undertake the role of Compliance Manager to carry out a wide range of quality assurance/audit/compliance tasks to ensure all MCJA’s service’s deliver high standards of quality provision and are compliant, safe and in line with key performance indicators for both MCJA commissioned contracts and current CQC Regulatory requirements, in order to safeguard customers, staff and MCJA as a business. Your primary responsibilities will include: Quality Assurance and Auditing - Conduct comprehensive audits and assessments to verify that all services meet internal quality benchmarks and external regulatory standards. Regulatory Compliance - Monitor and ensure compliance with current CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations, safeguarding both service users and staff. Performance Monitoring - Evaluate and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to MCJA commissioned contracts, ensuring that service delivery aligns with established objectives. Risk Management - Identify potential risks within services and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, creating a safe environment for both customers and employees. Staff Training and Support - Develop and provide training programs for staff to foster a culture of compliance and quality assurance throughout the organization. Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and assessments, and prepare reports for management to drive continuous improvement. Collaboration with Stakeholders - Work closely with various stakeholders, including management and staff, to promote best practices and enhance service quality. Maintain good line management – Have oversight of the responsibilities of those reporting into the Compliance Manager. A team player but also able to work on own initiative. Able to make decisions and judgements based on factual evidence Understanding of operational delivery of care within a home care sector, including assessment of standards, need for confidentiality and person-centred care Able to manage a range of different activities and focuses, managing your time to meet deadlines Self-motivated, flexible and willing to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
