Job Description
Shipping & Logistics Clerk (Hybrid, 3 days office, 2 days WFH)
A challenging and rewarding opportunity coordinating all stages of the cross-trade import/export process for Food and Food Materials, from sale to payment.
* Facilitate the movement of products from one location to another
* Coordinate and plan delivery schedules to meet customer demand with little to no delay
* Continuously review costs to keep costs down where possible
* Streamline transportation processes
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records of purchases and loadings using Microsoft Business Central and excel spreadsheets.
* Track the transits in conjunction with the preparation of the shipping documentation (Bill of Lading)
* Communicate and coordinate with all relevant offices within the company
* Fluent English essential (Written and Verbal). (2nd Language advantageous but not essential)
* Communicate daily with suppliers and customers
* General administrative duties within the logistics & supply team as required
