About us
Broughton Community Schools is a federation of two Aylesbury Town Schools, Broughton Infant School and Broughton Junior School. Since our federation in February 2021, we have continued to build and form one school family across two neighbouring sites with the aim of providing the best all-through primary education for our children.

You will:
1. Be a role model, inspire and motivate children

7. Have experience of supporting children in a classroom or small groups in a primary setting
The successful candidate will work alongside our teaching staff to support individuals and small groups of children and show enthusiasm in taking whole classes, if needed. The role will include lunchtime supervision duties and medical welfare, as well as supporting children’s learning and behaviour. There is also potential to develop the role further to include responsibility for leading OPAL play lunchtime provision.
