Customer Service Advisor
Enderby UK, Hybrid Working
Are you ready for what’s next, now? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our 3T Technology and Logistics office in Enderby, UK. The position is full-time, hybrid working. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.
About the Role
As the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, this role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and timely service. Responsibilities encompass:
1. Daily communication with customers and establishing meaningful relationships.
2. Efficient management of our haulage partners.
3. Utilizing the EVENT platform for monitoring operational activities.
4. Reporting any non-compliance with agreed processes to customers and 3T Account Management.
5. Reporting daily operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) both internally and externally.
6. Escalating and providing detailed information on customer complaints in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
7. Handling Proof of Delivery (POD) requests.
8. Responding promptly and professionally to customer queries.
9. Ensuring the accuracy of incoming data and investigating cost implications of data quality issues.
10. Monitoring customer compliance and reporting deviations.
11. Generating accurate operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
12. Reporting fluctuations in volume or profile changes contrary to forecasts.
About You
Experience in a customer service or transport role is preferred, but not essential. Key skills include:
1. Problem Solving: Aptitude and solution-based mindset.
2. Initiative and Motivation: Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
3. Adaptability: Experience in a fast-paced environment and effective task prioritization.
4. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Ability to form and nurture relationships.

6. Communication Skills: Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
