* Responsible for providing professional administrative and business support to multiple Directors across WSP.
* Typical tasks include:
o Supporting Directors on complex projects.
o Diary management across multiple time zones.
o International and domestic travel booking.
o Project management.
o Meeting and event coordination.
o Internal communications.
o Purchases and expenses.
o Preparation of presentations; marketing materials; reports.
o Demonstrating confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
o HR tasks – onboarding and inductions.

YOUR TEAM
* With clearly defined career pathways, the team includes Business Support Partners (BSPs), Personal Assistants (PAs), and other support specialists.
* You will be expected to work from the office 3 days per week, with the opportunity to work from home for 2 days.
* This role is subject to UK Security Vetting.
* Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Fully conversant to an advanced level in Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
