Customer Support Advisor

Full-Time – Permanent – Hybrid working (1 day working from home)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm (No Evenings or Bank holidays)

Basic Salary: £26,000.00 Per Annum Plus MONTHLY Bonus (OTE £29,000.00 to £40,000.00 Per Annum)

Location: Southam

Our well-established, market-leading client is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Support Advisor to join their team, with opportunities for fast-track progression to a senior role and attractive financial rewards. Customer Support Advisor Responsibilities:

1. Sales order processing and office administration
2. Handling customer queries via email and telephone
3. Processing invoices
4. Building rapport and relationships with business customers across the UK
5. Processing relevant documentation
6. Proactively searching for new business online to generate monthly bonuses
7. Updating customer records and orders regularly
8. Effective communication with internal colleagues
9. Undertaking other ad hoc duties as assigned by your manager
10. Working to deadlines and service level agreements
11. Demonstrating proactiveness and the ability to work in a busy, fun environment

Candidate Requirements:

1. Previous customer service experience in an office or retail environment
2. An enthusiastic and confident personality
3. A natural ability to develop conversational relationships quickly
4. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results
