Customer Support Advisor
Full-Time – Permanent – Hybrid working (1 day working from home)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm (No Evenings or Bank holidays)
Basic Salary: £26,000.00 Per Annum Plus MONTHLY Bonus (OTE £29,000.00 to £40,000.00 Per Annum)
Location: Southam

Our very well established, market leading client is looking for an enthusiastic and initiative-taking Customer Support Advisor to join their office team as a Customer Support Advisor with fast-track progression to a Senior member of the team with fantastic financial rewards. Customer Support Advisor Role:
1. Sales order processing and Office Administration
2. Handling customer queries via email inbox and telephone
3. Processing invoices
4. Building rapport and relationships with business customers across the UK
5. Processing documentation of all relevant information
6. Proactively search for new business online resulting in monthly bonus
7. Regular update customer records and orders
8. Effective communication with internal colleagues
9. Undertake other ad hoc duties and responsibilities for assigned by your manager
10. Work to deadlines and service level agreements
11. Demonstrate proactiveness with ability to work in a fun busy environment as a Customer Support Advisor
Customer Support Candidate:
12. Previous Customer Service experience is essential gained via a office or retail based environment
13. An enthusiastic and confident personality
14. A ‘natural ability’ to instantly develop a conversational relationship.
15. Self-motivated with the hunger and desire achieve results.
