Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Belfast to recruit a Sales Development Representative.
Responsibilities:
* Identifying opportunities, creating new sales leads and appointments for the Field Sales Team.
* Achieving weekly/monthly and quarterly targets.
* Developing and maintaining an accurate pipeline.
* Achieving KPI's including the quantity of calls made daily, booked meetings, and prospect/suspect growth.
* Identifying customer needs and targeting accordingly.
* Updating CRM with correct information and setting tasks for callbacks and follow-up opportunities.
* Liaising with various departments within the business to maximize opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Prior Telesales/Sales experience, preferably within the Telecoms market.
* Essential IT skills and CRM experience.
* Ability to be a team player while also working on your own initiative.
* Driven with a competitive nature.
* A positive attitude.
Salary: Salary will depend on experience - £22,500.00-£25,000.00 - OTE £35K per year.
Details: 8-hour shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends.
