Role Profile:
Navig8 are currently looking for a Travel Coordinator in London to join our global admin team. You will play a key role in managing all travel and logistics processes for the Navig8 group. This role will require you to be in the office in London Victoria 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Streamline travel processes across countries and offices.
* Manage countries’ travel coordinators (approx. 6).
* Create a travel process document and accompanying checklists to hold local travel coordinators accountable, adapting to meet other countries' needs if necessary.
* Conduct a full market review of current travel consulting partners.
* Establish relationships with relevant partners and stakeholders.
* Restructure current internal communications regarding travel.
* Mitigate travel risks and identify core issues and appropriate solutions.
* Be flexible for some out-of-hours work for emergency travel problems where necessary.
* Demonstrate patience and confidence in addressing issues with management to encourage agreement on solutions provided.
* Occasional admin team cover when people are on leave.
* Bring a network of travel contacts from previous experience.
* Manage sensitivity around requests.
* Exhibit amazing filing skills and the ability to manage and improve the functionality of the travel booking system.
* Have a minimum of 3 years of experience within corporate travel.
* Possess strong communication and organisational skills.
* Be friendly and personable.
* Build and maintain a comprehensive contact list within the travel industry.
* Show exceptional attention to detail and strong filing skills, particularly with travel management systems.
* Demonstrate patience and confidence in addressing issues and collaborating with management for resolutions.
