We are looking for a Finance Manager, who will have responsibility for the management of the finance function of the organisation and the reporting of financial management information to senior leadership.
The role will focus on ensuring accounting policies, procedures and processes are in place and accurately followed. This includes legal accounting requirements, monitoring and tracking budgets, balance sheet reconciliations and reviewing systems. The role requires the review and preparation of Management Accounts, budgets and forecasts and variance reporting.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role will include the reporting and preparation of:
* Month end Management Accounts including monthly KPI’s
* Annual budget preparation and reporting
* Quarterly forecast preparation and reporting
* Gross Profit analysis per camp per season
* Variance analysis – investigating variances between actual performance and budgeted/forecasted figures
* Cashflow forecasting in relation to deferred income
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Year end reconciliations and preparation for audit
* Support the FD in preparation of the year end statutory accounts
Oversee and Support:
* Weekly and month-end bank reconciliations
* Reconciling all booking system transactions to payment receipts
* Updating and reconciliation of fixed asset register
* Manage and maintain Zahara invoice approval software
* Paying suppliers and reviewing debtors
* Month end journals, accruals and prepayments
* Operational costs per camp per season
