Role: Site Facilities Manager / Administrator
Location: Loudwater, Buckinghamshire
Contract: 3 months+
Rate: £21/ph PAYE
Responsibilities:
1. Be the onsite liaison point between the Facilities Team, contractors, and site staff.
2. Be responsible for building management systems.
3. Assist with budgets, monitoring spend, and raising purchase orders.
4. Provide administrative support to the Facilities Team.
5. Coordinate contractor management and KPI reporting.
6. Support Health and Safety compliance on site - participate in audits, risk management, training, and development.
Direct reports: Yes, manage the site receptionist & support contractors.
Criteria:
1. Experience and knowledge of Health and Safety compliance.
2. Ability to monitor a 10-year plan and suggest CAPEX plans.
3. Knowledge of budgets and cost control.
4. IOSH / NEBOSH (desirable).
5. Experience of monitoring spend and raising purchase orders (desirable).
