* My client is an established specialist recruitment agency into the tech markets and are looking to take the next step in their growth journe, hiring a TA.
* They are looking to hire someone to lead the internal recruitment function within the business, allowing them to efficiently hire top talent at all levels from rookies to experienced sales hires. This person will have a complete clean slate to work with and will work directly with the COO to implement processes, hiring strategies and competencies.

🎭 The Role 🎭
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will:
* Working closely with senior management you will understand the gaps in the business not only currently but for their future growth.
* Take briefs from internal management of their requirements and help to recruit the right talent.
* Utilising various mediums you will be responsible for sourcing individuals who are actively looking as well as those who passive candidates.
* You will be responsible for pre-qualifying the candidates and providing details summary of suitable candidates for interview.
* You will ensure that relevant references are taken where required
* You will ensure that there is a strong pipeline of quality candidates for our business growth needs.
* You will be look to hire at multiple levels alongside the needs of each team across the business.
🔎 What we are looking for 🔎
* Previous experience as a 360 Biller or in a TA role in a Recruitment Agency.
* Self-driven personality and a desire to be hands on across all things talent attraction and market engagement
