Campaign Development: Develop campaigns and assets to influence customer behaviour. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute impactful campaigns. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with legal requirements, ethical and compliance standards, and company policies. Senior Brand Manager Responsibilities In addition to the above, as a Senior Brand Manager, you will: Strengthen Brand Equity: Develop and enhance brand equity. Lead Projects: Drive projects to optimize the marketing team's impact both internally and externally. Production Forecasts: Provide rolling production forecasts and ensure product supply by liaising with the Supply Chain team. Strategic Interaction: Proactively interact at a strategic level with local and international functions to understand UK business needs and environment, and to shape our approach accordingly. Requirements Marketing Experience: Significant experience in marketing. Therapy Area Knowledge: Relevant therapy area knowledge and experience (essential). Veeva PromoMats Expertise: Extensive experience with Veeva PromoMats, and other relevant platforms, i.e Canvas Agency Collaboration: Proven ability to work with agencies. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen. Creative Thinking: Innovative and creative mindset. Agility: Ability to multitask and adapt quickly. Intrapreneurship: Can-do attitude and intrapreneurial spirit. Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and analytics. Customer-Centric Management: Focus on customer-centric management. Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets. Educational Background Degree Level: Educated to degree level with relevant customer-facing or agency background and marketing experience desirable. Senior Brand Manager: Ideally with CIM, degree, or post-grad qualifications in marketing. Therapy Area Experience: Relevant experience in CRM/Diabetes/CKD is essential.
