The role
This role is responsible for producing high-quality artwork for various print and digital projects. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Creative Artworker will work closely with the design team and marketing team colleagues to ensure all artwork meets the required standards and is delivered on time.
You’ll help us make health happen by
1. Produce high-quality artwork for print and digital media.
2. Ensure all artwork is consistent with brand guidelines and project requirements.
3. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
4. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to deliver creative solutions.
5. Handle revisions and feedback efficiently.
6. Maintain an organised workflow and manage own workload effectively.
7. Work directly with marketing team colleagues to take amends, schedule briefs, and provide feedback on briefs.
8. Attention to detail is critical in all aspects of the role.
Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role
1. Proven experience as a Creative Artworker or similar role.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience in motion graphics software would be welcomed.
3. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
4. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. A portfolio showcasing a variety of projects and styles.
8. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.
9. Knowledge of print production processes.
