Terms and Conditions apply About the Role: We are recruiting for the role of a Social Worker in our Assessment Team covering Warwick on a full time/permanent basis. The Family Help team are based at Myton Park, Warwick. The Assessment role is short-term intervention, undertaking 10-day assessments and progressing children's care plans to closure, or to the first Child in Need Plan, Initial Child Protection Conference or All About Me Review for a Child in Care. The Family Help role available is supporting families once beyond their assessment period. This support may be under the auspice of a Chid in Need plan, Child Protection plan, or short term Targeted Early Support, with a view to pass back to the community Early Help Support Pathway. As part of the market supplement: Newly Qualified Social Worker/ASYE/Grade J: Up to £41,438.00 per annum. Including a £3,500 pro-rated market supplement, which is subject to tax and NI deductions - T&C's apply. Applicants for the role will need a professional Social Work qualification and Social Work England Registration.
