We are seeking an experienced and dedicated F&B Supervisor to join our team. As the F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences.
Duties:
1. Manage and supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage department
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
5. Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
7. Oversee food production and preparation processes to maintain quality standards
8. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
9. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and financial transactions
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry with a good restaurant and bar background
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
3. Knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation techniques
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
6. Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to food and beverage management
